JointVue, LLC. Appoints Mark Hawley as Operations Director

KNOXVILLE, TN – February 5, 2019 – JointVue, LLC is proud to announce a new addition to the team: Mark Hawley has been brought on as the Operations Director supervising the day-to-day operations of the Knoxville office.

Mark brings to the table a record of achievement from some 20 years of medical device development experience, including his last occupation as the Sr. Technical Director of a national medical device service organization. In this capacity, Mark used his knowledge of CT, PETCT, and MRI to further the training, service, and customer appreciation and advance new revenue streams that included X-ray tube refurbishment. His other accomplishments include being an original team member producing the World’s first multi-modality medical device – PETCT while at CTI, Inc. This invention was named Time Magazine’s Top 10 Inventions of the Millennium in 2000. Other achievements include patents on patient table and PET gantry rail systems for PETCT.

His expertise in product management, project management, product development and interfacing with manufacturing and customer bases, are headlined throughout his career. Mark is the author of the book, STORM, The Method to Powerful, Effective, & Competitive Project Management, 2017. Mark has also been instrumental in the design of mobile medical devices utilizing vibration and lifecycle testing to improve reliability and usability.

Mark holds a BS in Nuclear Engineering Technology from the American Technical Institute. He is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, along with a Certificate of Achievement in Total Quality Management. Mark is a native of the Knoxville area, residing in Kingston with his wife, Donna. They have 2 children and 4 grandchildren.
